Zhenjiang Li – Hokkien
Zhenjiang Li won with his project Hokkien – a 2.7m long map-like representation that illustrates the migratory path undertaken by Hokkien, a Chinese language commonly referred to as Minnan, Southern Min, Hoklo, Taiwanese, or Fukien across different regions worldwide. Dilara Bozkurt – Native Wine Grapes of the Mediterranean Region

Both winning projects were created within the class Project Map Creation in summer semester 2023.
The Ravenstein-Förderpreis, which is awarded annually, promotes young cartographic talents in German-speaking countries. This year’s award ceremony took place at Staatsbibliothek Unter den Linden Berlin.
