First Cartography alumni Ekaterina Chuprikova obtained a PhD degree

We are happy and proud to announce, that the first Cartography M.Sc. alumni Ekaterina Chuprikova from the 2nd intake finished her PhD research and defended her dissertation last Tuesday, January 22nd 2019. Ekaterinas PhD thesis about “Visualizing Uncertainty in Reasoning -A Bayesian Network-enabled Visual Analytics Approach for Geospatial Data” was conducted at TUM and was funded through the project “Sense-making image mapping from remotely sensed GLC30m (SMImage)” of the International Graduate School of Science and Engineering (IGSSE).
