Geospatial excellence: Our graduates honored with AGEO Award 2025

Our Cartography M.Sc. graduates, Ulrike Holfeld and Isaac Kissiedu, have both been honored with 4th place in the AGEO Award 2025 for their outstanding Master’s theses.

The AGEO Award is a respected recognition in Austria that highlights exceptional student work in the field of geospatial information science. Now in its 17th edition, the award continues to support and encourage academic excellence and innovation in the geospatial community.

As part of this honor, Ulrike and Isaac have been invited to present their research at the AGIT conference in Salzburg, in the session titled “Stories of Success”.
