Health Insurance

If you got admission you have to proof a health insurance to be able to enrol. The Cartography programme will arrange and pay the health insurance for you.
For EU students
We will take care of your insurance and will insure you with our private health insurance Dr. Walther, which fullfills all EACEA requirements of an Erasmus Mundus programme. The insurance will cover you for the entire duration of your studies at all four universities, incl. your travels to/from your home country.
If you would like to keep your national insurance, e.g. a German public state health insurance and your European Health Insurance Card (EHIC), please contact the programme coordinator before enrollment.
Students using a private insurance have to proof that they are privately health insured: Therefore you need to get a letter stating an exemption from the compulsory state health insurance. The programme coodinator will help you in obtaining this letter.
For non-EU students
